Jacques W. Du Plessis
Careers mentor, Cape Town
- 🇿🇦 Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
- Rosewood Foundation
- 2016 to 2024
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Rosewood Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Jacques
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
