Jacques Théo Renard
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇫🇷 Marseille, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France

- 1986 to 1994
- French
I've worked in masonry from 1986 to 1994. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 280 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Jacques: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
