Baking, done properly
- 🇫🇷 Paris, Île-de-France, France
- Paris Repairs
- 1996 to 2010
- English
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1996 in Paris and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Jacques
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Jacques: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
