Coached cricket for 42 years in Soweto
- 🇿🇦 Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa
- Orchid Boxing Gym
- Since 1984
- English, Afrikaans
I'm a cricket coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,760 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Jacques
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Jacques: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
