Jacob D. Torres
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
- Leeds Association
- 1996 to 2008
- English
For twelve years I've mentored people in leadership and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Jacob
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
