Jackson S. Torres
Volunteer mentor with Atlas Youth Network
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Atlas Youth Network
- 2013 to 2021
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 230 people through Atlas Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Jackson
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
