Baking, done properly
- 🇺🇸 Fort Worth, Texas, United States
- The Fort Worth Works
- Since 1989
- English
I've worked in baking since 1989. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 890 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
More about Jackson
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Jackson: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
