Jackson Parks
Leadership mentor, Liverpool
- 🇬🇧 Liverpool, England, United Kingdom
- Liverpool Community Trust
- 1983 to 2007
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 430 people through Liverpool Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Jackson: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
