Volunteer mentor with Lotus Association

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 410 people through Lotus Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Jack: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
