Helping people break into engineering

I'm a mentor in engineering. I spent my career as a mechanic and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Jack
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Jack: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
