I coached martial arts at Montego Bay Football Club from 1991 to 2001. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Ivy
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
