Iván T. Vásquez
Mentor in leadership and nursing
- 🇲🇽 Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Mexico
- Redwood Youth Network
- Since 2011
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 510 people through Redwood Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
