Auto repair for 18 years in Puebla
- 🇲🇽 Puebla, Puebla, Mexico
- The Gateway Works
- 2004 to 2022
- Spanish, English
I've worked in auto repair from 2004 to 2022. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 520 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Iván: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
