I've spent 37 years as a lecturer in education at Palmira State University in Palmira. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
What gifts mean to Iván: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
