Iván J. Maldonado
Youth cycling coach and mentor
- 🇨🇴 Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Cali Athletic Club
- Since 1987
- English, Spanish
I've coached cycling at Cali Athletic Club since 1987. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.

What gifts mean to Iván: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
