I've worked in plumbing from 1980 to 2005. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,250 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Iván
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Iván: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
