For twelve years I've run the baseball program at Novosibirsk Baobab Youth Club in Novosibirsk. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ivan
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
