I've been a nurse for 28 years, most of them in oncology at Envigado General Hospital in Envigado. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
