Ivan Alexander Baranov
Teacher at Saint Petersburg Public School, loves chemistry
- 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia
- Saint Petersburg Public School
- Since 2003
- English, Ukrainian
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ivan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ivan: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
