Itzhak Itai Shapiro
Painter, potter and teacher at Kilimanjaro Pottery
- 🇮🇱 Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Israel
- Kilimanjaro Pottery
- Since 2011
- English, Hebrew
I work mostly in illustration, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 2011 at Kilimanjaro Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I'm always reading two books at once.

What gifts mean to Itzhak: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
