Youth volleyball coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Springfield, Illinois, United States
- Starlight Swimming Club
- Since 2010
- English, Spanish
I've coached volleyball at Starlight Swimming Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Itzel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
