Itzel N. Orozco
Sitar player and teacher in Monterrey
- 🇲🇽 Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Monterrey Orchestra
- 2018 to 2025
- Spanish, French
I play sitar and classical. I started in 2018 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 9 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Itzel: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
