Itzel M. Martínez
Mentor in first-generation students and leadership
- 🇲🇽 Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Coyoacán Learning Hub
- Since 1979
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,460 people through Coyoacán Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Itzel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
