Itzel K. Martínez
32 years teaching French in Alcalá de Henares
- 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
- Since 1985
- Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 41 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Itzel
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Itzel: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
