Itzel B. Ibarra
Master of carpentry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Gateway Trades Guild
- Since 1987
- English
I've worked in carpentry since 1987. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,520 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Itzel
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Itzel: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
