Helping people break into engineering
- 🇩🇪 Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany
- 1990 to 2003
- German, Turkish
For 13 years I've mentored people in engineering and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I never turned anyone away.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
