I've grown maize since 1982, with a bit of tea on the side. I'm up before the sun most days.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Ismael: Any gift will help me fix the irrigation before the dry months.
