Isla S. Figueroa

Refugee support organizer in San Francisco

  • 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States
  • San Francisco Community Kitchen
  • Since 1989
  • English
I've volunteered with San Francisco Community Kitchen since 1989. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left. I take the work seriously, though not myself. Small habits keep a team together.
