Isla R. Kennedy

Traditional drumming and gospel teacher

  • 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
  • Manchester Summit Quartet
  • Since 1985
  • English
I've played traditional drumming since 1985, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach. I teach about 16 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

More about Isla

I write my first song when I was 18. It was terrible and I still love it.
