I teach home economics and economics at Newcastle upon Tyne High School, Newcastle upon Tyne. I never raise my voice.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Isla
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Isla: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
