For 44 years I've mentored people in small business and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Isla
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first small business job in 1983. I still have your notes. Thank you again.
