For twelve years I've mentored people in teaching and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ishrat
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ishrat: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
