Ishrat Haque
Gospel player and teacher in Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Dhaka Choir
- 1996 to 2021
- English, Bengali
I've played gospel from 1996 to 2021, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
More about Ishrat
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Ishrat: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.

I still have the recording from that night at Dhaka Choir. Truly.
