I've worked in painting and decorating since 2014. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 360 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ishita
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
