Ishita P. Gurjar
Volunteer mentor with Rajkot Association
- 🇮🇳 Rajkot, Gujarat, India
- Rajkot Association
- Since 1989
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,150 people through Rajkot Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ishita: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
