I'm a volunteer. Mostly clean-up crews, sometimes sports for kids, always with a flask of tea.
I try to remember everyone's name. Small habits keep a team together.
More about Ishara
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Ishara: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
