Helping people break into writing
- 🇮🇳 Rajkot, Gujarat, India

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 720 people through Redwood Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Isha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
