Isha S. Modi
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Mysuru, Karnataka, India
- The Mysuru Trades Guild
- Since 2010
- English
My trade is blacksmithing. I opened my own shop in 2010 in Mysuru and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Isha
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
