I've coached chess at Hyderabad Central Youth Club since 1987. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Isha
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
