Isamu Matsumoto
Mentor in software and finance
- 🇯🇵 Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan
- Sapporo Foundation
- 1997 to 2015
- Japanese
For 18 years I've mentored people in software and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Isamu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
