Isamu Hayato Takahashi

Taught chemistry at Summit Grammar School

🇯🇵 Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan
Summit Grammar School
1989 to 1999
Japanese

I taught chemistry at Summit Grammar School in Yokohama from 1989 to 1999. Most days I taught first-year students, and my door was open at lunch. Over the years I had 200 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Isamu

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

Subjects taught

Chemistry Economics

What gifts mean to Isamu: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
