Isamu Daiki Sugawara

Mentor in software and design

🇯🇵 Nagoya, Aichi, Japan

I'm a mentor in software. I spent my career as a postal worker and now give some of that back. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Isamu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
