Isaiah K. Wallace
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Southampton, England, United Kingdom
- Little Southampton Repairs
- 1989 to 2006
- English
I've worked in weaving from 1989 to 2006. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 310 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Isaiah: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
