Helping people break into leadership
- 🇺🇸 Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
- Meadowbank Association
- Since 1978
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,970 people through Meadowbank Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Isaiah
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
