Isaiah D. Martin
Masonry, done properly
- 🇳🇿 Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand
- Elmwood Workshop
- Since 2007
- English
I've worked in masonry since 2007. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,050 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.

If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Isaiah: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
