Taught art at Fresno Academy
- 🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States
- Fresno Academy
- 1979 to 2016
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 37 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 1,260 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Isaiah
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Isaiah: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
