Isaiah B. Arnold
Volunteer mentor with Orchid Community Trust
- 🇺🇸 Flint, Michigan, United States
- Orchid Community Trust
- 1984 to 2005
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 670 people through Orchid Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Isaiah
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Isaiah: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
