For 43 years I've run the martial arts program at Paris Trinity Athletic Club in Paris. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Isabelle
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
