Isabelle Élodie Gauthier
Helping people break into design
- 🇫🇷 Poitiers, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France
- 2018 to 2025
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Poitiers Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Isabelle
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Isabelle: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
