I coached chess at Toulouse Football Club from 1980 to 1998. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Isabelle: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
